Delivery options are based on the total weight of your order and are automatically calculated at checkout. Free DHL delivery is available for orders of Alliance/Primus parts over 1000.00 EUROS (excluding taxes) to EU countries, and only applies to orders under 10kgs total weight. You can choose to have your parts shipped directly to you using the shipping method you select at checkout, or you can arrange to collect your parts yourself.

We accept bank transfer or credit card payments in USD, EUROS, or GBP. Please note that if you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will need to allow for your bank's charges. If you choose to pay via Credit card, we will need to charge a small surcharge to cover their costs.

Please note that all spare part prices exclude VAT. If you are a company purchasing across a border within the EU, you will either need to pay the sales country's VAT to us, or register the transaction as an inter-company sale with no VAT collected. If VAT is paid, you can include it in your VAT accounts just like VAT paid locally. If you are a private individual purchasing across a border within the EU, you will usually need to pay the sales country's VAT to us and will not pay any local VAT.
